Google instant pot butter chicken lady
Her recipe is delicious and pretty quick to throw together in the instant pot. Leftover sauce works well on chickpeas or paneer, too. |

Don’t use jarred sauces or pastes. They all taste awful. Recipe Tin Eats has a good version.

It’s this one, and it is yummy. https://twosleevers.com/instant-pot-butter-chicken/ |
| Hmm, paprika and cayenne in that recipe make me not trust it. |
This looks very similar to one I used to use years ago. Thanks for posting. It does look yummy! |
I always use this recipe. |
Another rave for this recipe. It’s easy, and the sauce is delicious. |
NP. Gonna try this. Only missing the garam masala. I guess I can pick some up when I get some fresh cilantro. Spice aisle? |
| Wegmans butter chicken sauce. Follow instructions on the jar. |
Coming here to post this. Nagi does not miss. |

I also use and love this recipe but it is not particularly simple. But Indian food is complex flavors with a lot of spices, I think executing it simply is a bit of a unicorn. If you're really looking for low effort I think getting jarred sauce is probably the way to go although homemade is really wonderful. |
Very true. I posted the recipe. It took a long time trying different recipes, included jarred sauce, to decide that if I'm going to make it, I want to make it good. So, I just make it slightly less often than perhaps an easier recipe but I like it so much more. |
