| What is the difference between these programs at Glasgow? Our child is in AAP at a different middle school. Zip code change will move us to Glasgow AAP. How many kids take Algebra 1 at Glasgow? Trying to see whether our child would like the IB MYP program instead of AAP. |

| Every Glasgow course and teacher (including AAP) follow the IB MYP program requirements. It is not a separate program exactly, more like an umbrella philosophy that guides the whole school. |

| IBMYP is the equivalent of "portrait of a graduate". It's just a philosophy. You may see more rubrics and different types of assessments, but it's the same curriculum as AAP at any other school. |

| FYI, there's a boundary study now underway at Glasgow. Depending on how it plays out, you could get moved to Poe, Holmes, or Jackson MS, and AAP assignments could also be affected. All of these schools are within the scope of the approved boundary study. |
