EDP League Levels/Divisions/Conferences

Can anyone help me understand the levels, divisions, and conferences of EDP ("EDP League," to be specific), particularly for U15 boys? (And, yes, I've tried to find the answer in other threads; but I can't find anything definitive.)

First, as far as I can tell, the "South Atlantic" Region is, essentially, for clubs in the DMV area, right? --Maybe also including clubs as far north as Baltimore, east to Annapolis, west to Loudon County, and south to Richmond, yes?

Second, I see no "Premier" or "Championship" leagues for U15 boys. Is that right?

Third, do the division "colors" -- Blue, Red, White, and Orange -- represent levels of competition, with Blue being the highest? (There's promotion and relegation in EDP, right(?), so presumably "yes.") Or do the colors not really represent any real distinction?

And, fourth, is there any rhyme or reason to the "North" and "South" conferences? ...They don't necessarily seem geographically accurate based on the locations of the various clubs I'm familiar with.

USYS is the top of EDP at that age. Essentially the same league with a different name

1. yes South Atlantic is DMV area. some southern pa teams also join
2. national league is the highest level which is premier 1
3. blue and red are premier 1 divisions. they divide the maryland and northern teams from virginia. (high school issues with virginia teams)
