Mudroom costs

Small kitchen with no good place for the fridge. What does it cost to add on a mudroom with a butlers pantry/refrigerator nook these days? Electricity only, no plumbing, maybe 10 x 10.

A 10x10 addition is a terrible idea. It’s just not efficient in any way.
