Best grocery store for instacart delivery in DC

We’ve been using instacart from Wegmans and I’m wondering if there are less expensive options for weekly grocery delivery in DC.

Aldi and Walmart are the cheapest, but I think Wegman's has the best quality and most likely to have everything on your list in stock.

^^ PP here. I meant to add that I order through Instacart a lot and this is my observation.

I have not tried other grocery delivery services.

Aldi is definitely the cheapest but you'll be limited on brands. Not sure if DC proper has access, but in VA, Food Lion is my favorite for affordable prices + name brands. I'd imagine Walmart is comparable but haven't tried

Instacart is way to expensive for regular use. I do Whole Foods delivery.

Agree that Wegman's the best combination of reliability/accuracy and quality I've found with Instacart.

I shop directly on the Wegmans app. I do pick up, but I don’t have to get out of the car. Just pull up, click I’m here and they put it in the trunk. Much more affordable and only takes 5 minutes (if you have time to drive by).
