Healthy fall Starbucks warm drinks?

Anonymous
I love chai tea and pumpkin spice latte but too much sugar. Any alternative healthy warm drinks from Starbucks?

Herbal tea, no sugar.

Hot apple juice?

I feel you OP. I liked their apple crisp drink but it was cold. You can always customize with less syrup. I’ve given up though and buy the Pumpkin Spice tea from Republic of Tea. A little sugar and whatever kind of milk-it’s amazing.

Chai tea is not a thing, it’s chai or tea.

It's redundant. Chai is Indian tea - chai literally means tea. Just call it Tea Tea or Chai Chai - it's no different than saying Chai Tea.

Have you informed Starbucks so that they can correct their mistake?

And here in America, where we live, we call it Chai tea. Get over yourself.

I get one pump of the pumpkin spice goo in a triple tall latte if I feel like having one. That syrup is so sweet I need the coffee to balance it, but I do like the flavor.

A cup of tea is not going to do it for me if I'm craving pumpkin spice and it's not like I'm drinking this crap more than once or twice a month.

Just reduce the pumps and skip the whipped cream.

If you have the Starbucks app I think you can see the calories based on size of drink and pumps of syrup, whipped cream etc
