Haunted House/Scary Tour for 8-10 year olds

Any suggestions on Halloween experiences, tours, farms, etc that may be a good fit for a brazen 7 year old?
My son likes scary. We're not ready for adult-level scary, but cute stuff geared for 3-6 year old isn't going to cut it. |

The Mystery Mansion in Chevy Chase is well-done. My kids are in that age range and they liked it a lot last year.
