Can I get wegovy/ozempic if I am overseas?

I am working overseas and feeling very envious of people I know who are getting access to semiglutides. It doesn’t seem to exist in the country I live in. Are there any options available to me or am I out of luck? My local doctor just says to concentrate on diet and exercise which I have been doing wholeheartedly with no change for the last two years. I am feeling so discouraged being this overweight and being far from home. Do I have any options?

Where are you? It will be available everywhere in a year or two. Just wait.

And don't expect too much. I have been on it for a year now and not lost very much weight.

I’ve been on it since May and have gone from 198 to 172. Also working with a dietician and counting calories.

But now I can’t get it anywhere, so I’m just going to have to keep plugging away without an appetite suppressant.
