Douglass Bridge Protester Not Prosecuted?

Anonymous
Remember the guy who protested on top of the Douglass bridge for over a day? Guido Reichstadter. Out of the blue I wondered what happened to him, so I searched his name in DC Superior Court records. Nothing! He was arrested, I remember. Was he not prosecuted? I don’t have an opinion, only idle curiosity.

Maybe it was a federal crime?

Why prosecute him? It’s over.

He was protesting trump. Let him go.

Were you looking at the right system? He was pled guilty on 9/6/22 and got a 90 sentence, all suspended, and 18 months probation.

Oh, as long as his cause is "just," no worries then.
But had he been protesting the current administration and their awful policies, there would be hell to pay.

Correct. If that were the case, toss him under the jail, just like the Insurrectionists.

That’s exactly where I’d put you, if I were in charge.

Liberals are so tolerant of other views.

But I appreciate their honesty, in places where they think they’ve got a friendly crowd. They let their guard down and show us who they really are.

NP but the best part about this thread is a conservative came to complain that a liberal got away with something because he was liberal, they were disproven pretty much immediately, but rather than acknowledge they were wrong they glom on to a simple troll to "prove" that they are right about those evil libs who get away with everything and are out to get you. You have no leg to stand on but you still want to be mad and feel aggrieved, so you will. The Alex Jones scream/whine/cry/repeat cycle.
