Costco Crab stuffed Salmon

Anonymous
Our extended family members in PA and NY serve this regularly for casual family get togethers. The joke is “costco is our family caterer” I know they buy it right out of the seafood section of their stores, but I haven’t seen this in the VA stores. Am I missing it? Is it in any of the close in MD/DC stores? Thanks!

Sterling and Leesburg stores usually have it.

Great! Thank you! I’ll try there next run!

Chantilly sells it. It would be in the prepared food case back by the rotiserrie chicken.

any other buys from that section of Costco? I look around but haven't bought anything prepared for dinner (except the rotisserie chicken, of course)

The Mac and cheese is delicious.

This is where I shop most often and have never found it! Glad to know in theory it is there, I do go late in the day, so maybe just sold out by the time i’m shopping.

Thanks everyone! Glad to know it isn’t a hopeless cause.

Chicken street tacos
Meatloaf and mashed potatoes
Gyro kits
Stuffed peppers
The Asian chicken noodles and vegetables

They have some new loaded mashed potatoes that my kids raved over. Definitely not healthy but I’d buy them again as an occasional treat.

Costco mashed potatoes are the real deal and feed a crowd.

Seconding the mac and cheese - it's amazing!
Also the stuffed peppers, and the salmon with dill and butter on it.

This. My kids love the street tacos! I probably buy them every other week. Will have to try the asian noodles soon.
