Restaurant in Annapolis for Thanksgiving?

Have a relative flying into BWI at noon, and would like to find a place for a good lunch with a prix fixe holiday deal or otherwise just a nice meal. Doesn't have to be Thanksgiving-y food. It looks Osteria 177 may be open per Open Table.

Harry Browns on State Circle might be an option, Paul’s Homewood Cafe, Pusser’s.

I haven't been yet, but I've heard great things about Choptank and the location is amazing. Carrolls Creek is also a good option (in Eastport, across the tiny little creek from downtown annapolis)

If you're OK with not being in downtown Annapolis, Severn Inn and The Point are both great and waterfront.

I'd avoid Paul's Homewood - the food is good but the location is crap for someone from out of town.

Whatever you do, avoid Buddys.

Choptank is a joke. Paul’s is nothing you can’t get at a million and one other places and just boring.
Pussers is awful bar food.

Osteria would be a good choice if they have tables. Carrol’s Creek would be a good option.
The Point is good but very casual setup.
They just opened a J Alexander’s at Annapolis Towne Centre if you would like more of corporate higher end place. Just don’t go if you may order steak above medium, they won’t do it.

Is there anything specific you are looking for? Type of food, price point?

We did Thanksgiving at Chart House Prime a few years ago and it was delicious and the location is beautiful BUT they waaaaaay overbooked, or underestimated how long people would spend at tables, and despite having a reservation we had to wait in their incredibly crowded lobby/bar area for over an hour past our reservation time. Once we actually sat down, we had a nice meal, but that wait was tough, especially with my elderly parents and a 7-yr old kid in the group, so I might factor that in before deciding to do that again.
