Please help me come up with some freezer meal ideas for my ailing parents.

| I freeze a lot of pasta based meals - lasagna, stuffed shells, chicken spinach pasta casserole. I freeze all of them in individual portions. I also freeze muffins - which defrost in the microwave in 30 seconds. Soups are also easy to freeze. |

Scalloped potatoes with ham and peas. Better if it's reheated in the oven instead of a microwave, in case that is an issue.
Casserole dish with rice, chicken, and chopped broccoli, cooked with chicken broth, salt and an herb mix. Cheese optional. You can also add in other vegetables like spinach if desired. Chicken enchiladas. So many soups and stews freeze and reheat well: chicken noodle, minestrone, chili, beef stew, lentil soup, tortilla soup, ....... |

google freezer meals. we have fouund several good recipes on the taste of home 150 freezer meal list.
some of our faves (not from that list) are poppy seed chicken, king ranch casserole. i also do chili, spaghetti sauce, meatballs, breakfast casseroles. |
