Spaghetti squash bowls

I have gone down a deep rabbit hole of recipes, but started eating spaghetti squash bowls last year, and eat them twice a week for dinner when kids have activities, but I am running out of ideas. So far, I do a veggie pizza bowl, a veggie chili bowl, a mujaddara bowl, a sardine and breadcrumbs bowl (weird, but tasty), other ideas? Fish, OK, otherwise veggie.

Spaghetti squash enchilada bowls are one of my favorites! Very adaptable but I like one or more of mushrooms, spinach, black beans and/or leftover bits of chicken in mine.

I make these for me while my family has just classic old school ground beef tacos (that I don’t care for).
