Bad Coach Behavior

My kid had a game this week (HS team) and one of the coaches seemed very poorly behaved to me. They threw full gatorade bottles several times (at the ground, at the fence, etc...), punched a moving ball out of the air, screamed their head off, and just on the whole displayed very poor sportsmanship.

Is this normal? Is this generally tolerated in pubic school? Do these coaches last?

We played a team recently and had a very poor experience with the coach. I was surprised that it's allowed.
