Looking for a 4BR house to rent in N. Arlington

Not sure if this is the right place to post, but I have some friends who are moving back to the area from Boston and want to rent a 4BR house in N. Arlington for a year or 2 before they buy. They have a 10-month old baby so would like a place in a family friendly neighborhood in N. Arlington for $2800 or less (I know, that may be a stretch). They have excellent credit and security clearances so would be outstanding tenants.

Perhaps you are transferring or know of someone who is transferring but doesn't want to sell the house yet or maybe you are moving but would consider renting for a year and selling when the market improves - my friends would be great people to rent to.

I have no idea if it meets the criteria, but there is a rental sign on a house (it just went up) on the corner of Buchanan St and 11th street (it is near the intersection of Wash Blvd and Glebe Road - if you are heading west on Wash Blvd from that intersection, take a left onto Buchanan, and it's at the end of the block).

It's a decent size, so it may have 4 Bedrooms. Sorry, no idea about the price. Just saw the sign.
