| A house we had our eye on had a $50 price reduction. You read that right not $5000.00 or even $500.00 just a mere $50.00 I don't know how and why realtors allow such nonsense without talking to their clients a bit but this kind of bs is a huge turn off. You know they're not serious especially trying to get more than their investment back on a very quick flip. |
