Recommendations for a Psychiatrist that specializes in Dementia, specifically aggressive behavior?

My mom recently moved to a Memory Care Unit and is having a difficult time. She's on Seroquel that she seems to be tolerating pretty well, but was on Ativan that knocked her out and made her a zombie (low dose) - could barely walk, falling asleep, completely out of it. We need something in between the Ativan and nothing that won't knock her out but also will keep her less agitated. I think the right psychiatrist should be able to help prescribe something.

Any suggestions for someone in Montgomery County (Rockville, Gaithersburg, Potomac, Germantown, Bethesda)?

I found him helpful and informative, but honestly, the decline of a person with dementia or torture for them and for their loved ones. I'm sorry.
