My sister was a fussy eater and asked my mom to learn how to make the schools spaghetti sauce. My mom went in and got it. This was back in the days where the "lunch ladies" actually cooked food at the school.

They don't get them from Harris Teeter. They get them from a good service company like Sysco. Try any brand from local grocery store, or make your own.

Don’t know the brand but they are string cheese. Just your standard white cheese stick.

That is possible. If that is the case, they are mozzarella sticks. Breaded, baked and dipped in marinara sauce.

OP, they are Land O Lakes string cheese. When my own kid asked me to buy them I could not find them in stores.

There’s also the cheese cruncher. It’s string cheese wrapped in whole grain pizza crust.
