I have been and my scalp is so dry!! |
Yes!
I have always washed my hair every day, workout or not. |
Nope. I use baby powder as a dry shampoo between washes. |
No. Curly girl here who works out 6 days a week. I wash 2-3 days a week. Condition every day.
Even with good moisturizing shampoo, if I washed my hair every day it would be a dry frizzy mess |
Nope. I wash my hair every other day even with workouts. My skin and hair are naturally so dry and not washing my hair every day really helps. Sometimes I’ll time my more intense workouts or sweaty exercise with hair washing day. |
No. I wash my hair 2-3x a week. I DO always wet it, rinse it, and usually just use conditioner. But shampoo 2-3x a week, max.
|
Yes. My hair feels and looks greasy if I don't. I think it really depends on your own hair and scalp, and it sounds like yours doesn't like every day! |
Yes. Every day whether I work out or not. |
Yes, I don't have the type of hair that can skip a day of being washed. Even if I workout after I've showered once for the day, I will definitely re-wash my hair after a sweaty workout. |
No, I wash my hair once a week. I work out 3 days per week, outside, all through the summer. My hair gets sweaty but always dries fine. I have very dry hair and cannot imagine washing it every day. |
it depends on the workout and how much I sweat. Long run in the summer where my hair is wet with sweat? yes I'm washing it. yoga or walk I'll make do with dry shampoo. |
Yes, of course. I have curly hair too. I just use a gentle shampoo and great conditioner. But not washing it after being sweaty is a hard no |
Nope! That said I don't sweat a ton, and when I do it's not concentrated on my head. For example never in my lifetime have I had sweat rolling down my face. Anyhow I wash once a week, use dry shampoo as needed. I've had this conversation with other women that I work out with - most wash their hair 1-2 times a week max. |
Nope. I wash 3-4 times a week. |
No. My hair would fall out. Sometimes I just rinse it though because my stylist told me the salt from sweating also isn't good for hair. |
