Recs Daily Planner for Elderly

Anonymous
Hello, there:

My elderly family remember gets confused when planners have daily, weekly, and monthly sections. She really loves carrying around pretty pocket planners, but she will write down appointments in the monthly or weekly section but forget to do it on the daily planner, or vice versa.

I suggested getting one and ripping out the weekly and monthly ones but she got offended. (“I don’t want to be treated like a child”). I also suggested we get the daily planners without dates and add them in, as some of those do seem to come without the weekly and monthly sections.

I’ve looked on Amazon etc but haven’t been successful. Anyone know or any daily planners that:
(1) just have daily sections so as not to confuse
(2) not teeny tiny print
(3) something that can fit in the tote she always uses
(4) pretty (meaning, pops of color or design so it stands out in her tote and she doesn’t have to rummage

Thanks!

I am a planner nerd and I will think on this. I immediately thought of some japanese planners (hobinichi is the brand) but I fear the typeface will be way too small/faint.

You may want to try posting over at reddit on the r/planneraddicts subreddit

Is she at all open to ringbound planners?
