Why don't you say the general area you're in. Because the best soup I've ordered from is City Chopsticks. It's in San Francisco, and I don't think that'll help you.

I don’t order from delivery services, but the best soup I’ve had in the area is the chicken soup with noodles and matzoh balls from Parkway Deli in Silver Spring. Pho Wheels is also good.
