I run abt 20 miles a week. I have no knee pain or any issues when I run. But when I move my right knee slowly or when I do strength training exercises like back lunges, my right knee feels weak and i can sometimes feel a twinge.
Anyone know what the issue could be? Am I just getting old? I’m in my mid-40s and have been a runner since my late 20s (altho less mileage now) and done regular ST during that time too. Thanks! |
I have this too, and think it’s a tendon within the knee. Google knee pain when not running - I found some really simple PT exercises online that made it go away. |
