High end apartment complex in upper MoCo?

| DH and I are thinking of downsizing ourselves into an apt while we figure out where we want to retire long term. We are looking for a nice apartment building with amenities - gym, pool, business center, that sort of thing. Any recommendations? Don't want Bethesda, we looked and the rents are way too high there for what we'd get. We're looking more towards Gaithersburg/Olney. Thanks! |

I would look for a private Condo for rent. Homeowners generally care more about where they live than renters do.

+1. If you want to stay in this area, but cheaper than Bethesda, maybe try someplace that has some charm, like Annapolis. But I would not look for "high-end" in Gaithersburg. |
