Missing MAP testing - new to county

| We are new to the county for high school and just got a letter that MAP testing is being done on Wednesday. My DD was going to be out that day - will she have to do a makeup on another day or do they just let her skip one? |

| They will have a makeup, but schools handle the make-ups differently. Some schedule a second block day, while others have the students work with their math/English teachers to make up the test. Either way, the student usually misses regular class content during the makeup times. |
