Yes - any cooler will work. Give yourself extra time for security because I've had them test every packet of non-frozen breastmilk. If you can try to get as much of it frozen solid
If staying in a hotel I've put it in labeled zip lock bags and had them deep freeze it in the kitchen. If you do this, do not have them store it in your cooler in the kitchen because the cooler insulates from the outer temperature and won't get cold enough. I just label zip locks with my name and room number and sent it down once a day. Depending on the strength of your mini fridge you may be able to crank it up to the coldest setting and freeze it there as well.
