My middle schooler was asked to do a password reset last Friday, and has not been able to login to her MCPS account since (chromebook or any other device). She tries every day, both the old and new password. The counselor told us to create a ticket on the MCPS tech support website, but nothing has come out of it. DD was out for medical reasons, but when she comes back to school tomorrow, she won't be able to do anything on her chromebook, hand in any online assignments, etc.

All teachers have access to student passwords - please have her homeroom teacher look it up under MCPS resources to see if it might be different than the ones she is trying. If not, then the help desk or the IT person assigned to her school are the next ones who can. |
