Thoughts on the name Marcia, nickname Marcy
A family member close to DH who isn't with us anymore. They were quite close. I said I'd consider it as a middle name for sure but hea adamant he wants it in the running for a first name. I'm not as sold. Also for whatever it's worth mixed baby. In my mind some names are very very yt. And this baby is half Indian/half yt. Last name starts with M, two syllables |

Would you pronounce it Mar-see-a or Mar-sha? I think it’s a pretty name either way, and Marcy is a very cute nickname.

We have a wonderful family friend named Marcia whose known our family for over 50 years. I love her. I hate her name. I have a cousin named Marcy. She's very perky and family-oriented and positive and a wonderful older cousin and friend. I hate her name.
