Phyllis Randall took luxury vacations all around the world funded by Loudoun County tax dollars. She spent over $60,000 on a trip to Ghana. How do you spend that kind of money on a trip to Ghana? Complete abuse of her position. This came to light this past year.
Didn't go over well with the Loudoun constituents.

Does she think Loudoun is the city of Baltimore? Maybe she should run for office in Baltimore, where you can get away with this kind of nonsense. I can't see Loudoun voters backing her run for Congress. They're up in arms over her luxury vacations at their expense.

"A series of 7News investigations exposed how Randall and county supervisors Koran Saines, Juli Briskman, and Sylvia Glass have gone on several international trips at taxpayer expense which included expensive first-class flights, five-star resorts on the beach and visits to tourist destinations. County supervisor Matt Letourneau has also gone on two taxpayer-funded trips, though Letourneau doesn’t appear to have traveled at the same expense as his colleagues..."
