Has your daughter done Berkshires soccer sleepaway camp? Any pros/cons? Player is an U14 mid level travel girl who loves summer sleepaway "regular" camp

It depends on what you are looking for. IF you want a sleep away camp that has some soccer, then it's good. If you want a soccer sleepaway camp then don't go.

DP, but was considering for my same age kid. Looking for something where she will get to play, but without the “we are all here to be recruited” thing that comes with club/college camps.

FYI, This is now open for reservations for next summer. Camp director said they will house girls from Virginia together if families request it. We are booked for the week of June 30th to July 4th.

I don't get going to camp just to be with people you know. Why not let her kid spread her wings a little?

She's shy and only 10 years old I am sure she will spread her wings and meet lots of new girls!
