cilantro

I have never been big on cilantro, but the taste has grown on me so I am using it more. Is the bunch always so sandy? I buy it at giant. I find I have to soak and soak to get out the sand, and I usually miss some. Any tips?

Yes, it's grown in sandy soil. You can buy a mini salad spinner and clean it that way.

I did not know that. I have tried growing cilantro. It's a hit or miss.

Blend it, add a few spices, and make green chutney. It is yummy!

Now that summer has passed, it is so easy to grow in a sunny spot. It's worth it. The more you cut it and use it the more it grows.
