Prescriptions sent to out of network pharmacy

I was supposed to start injections for my first Ivf cycle this evening. Instead I’ve been stuck in a painful back and forth calling my insurance and various pharmacies since last week to determine which pharmacy is covered under my medical insurance.

This morning Shady Grove told me Express Scripts and Freedom Fertility are covered, but when I called there my prescription has not been sent over!!

I’m about to have a breakdown! Does this mean I’ll have to wait until next cycle to start my Ivf treatment?
