I didn’t use silicone for my first c section because I didn’t know about it. I recovered fine with just a little bit of mederma and scar massage, but will use silicone for my second c section this fall. I already have c section panties but bought a few pairs of this one. I like the idea of the built in silicone because I’ve read some reviews about the adhesive hurting.
