What is with the anti-Asian sentiments on this website?

I see so many anti-Korean, anti-Indian, anti-Chinese, and anti-Asian sentiments on this website. Why aren't these racist comments policed?

You did not link to a post. You did not even link to a thread. Instead, you linked to an entire forum and, as such, I have no idea what thread you are talking about.

Based on the complete lack of context, I have to say that I don't think that post is racist. As for your question, I am going to assume that you are a fairly new user of DCUM or that you rarely read the Website Feedback forum. Either way, I will repeat myself for about the billionth time. I cannot possibly read every post that is posted in these forums. The only way I know about racist posts is if someone alerts me to them. That is why every single post has a link in the lower right corner that says "report". I remove a huge number of anti-Asian posts every day. It is a big problem and I expend a lot of energy combatting it. But, I can't magically find out about such posts.
