225 gonal F - how to split it up

I have 300iu pens. I should have just used and tossed the pen last night. But I saved it. I am now realizing that means two gonal shots tonight. 75 from one pen and 150 from another.

I have full insurance coverage for meds and don't necessarily need to be super precious with it.

What would you do? Just open a new pen and toss last nights?

I have an order for 450 pens coming it just might not be here by tonight and I have 4 more 300iu boxes in the fridge

I did not have insurance coverage and saved every iu of meds possible. Sometimes that meant multiple shots, but really you're doing a million anyways so what's another. Use it or toss it, either is fine.
