Geriatric Care Manager (Northern Virginia)

| I am looking for a geriatric care manager to help resolve complex care issues with a memory care facility, be an advocate, and possibly find a new place for a family member with dementia. Does anyone have any recommendations and how did it work for you? What I've found is $175-$180 an hour, so I don't want to spend that kind of money if I am not 100% it will help. |
