Cava catering?

Has anyone ordered? How is it generally? Does it come with a decent amount of food (it says it feeds 10)? In particular, should I over order or under order?


I will probably supplement with additional dips/chips/etc. as this is for a weekend family trip so we will want extras for snacks, etc.

I can't comment on quantities since I didn't do the ordering myself, but I attended a meeting where the lunch was catered by Cava and it was GOOD! Seemed like it was better than what you get onsite.

I ordered from Cava catering they never delivered the food. I called and they wrote down the wrong date.

They said “sorry, not sorry”.

I asked if they could just deliver 8 family meals and they said they are not affiliated with the restaurant.

No food.

I had to call Picca and order 8 family meals, they had it ready in 40 minutes and it was amazing.

Terrible.

We had it for a work lunch a while ago. The food was great but I don’t know how many people they ordered for. We had 30 people and we all had enough to eat. I’d order more if people are going to be making their own bowls, as you can’t precisely control the portions they take.

Which cava did you order from?

I thought it was Cava Mezze Rockville.

But it took me to this… http://www.cavamezze.com/catering, which they claim they have no relationship with the restaurant.
