Is it any good on an electric stove? How easy to clean? I’d like to get away from nonstick but I dislike regular cast iron and stainless steel.

Enamel cast-iron like Le Creuset, Lodge, Staub are very easy to use and clean. You can find hundreds of good videos on YouTube if you need the visual on how to wash them.
