My Dr isn't a fan of supplements or diets and I know it's too late to add anything on. What's going into happen will happen this round.
Anything you did to help relax? Eat certain things? Ice before and after injections? Socks to keep feet warm? |

Good luck OP. I just finished a couple of days ago and did retrieval today.
Nothing really helped me other than fully accepting and expecting it to hurt everyday. |

Socks are recommended before a transfer! But I find them to be comforting during ER as well!
Having cold and hot pads to use as needed! Good luck |
