Keeps popping up in my feed and the videos look great…but does it really look good or is it a scam?
Anyone used it? Looking for personal feedback before I try it. I’m in my late 40s and makeup is hard these days. Sigh. |
| It's not as full coverage as the videos make it seem. But I like it for light coverage and I love the kabuki brush. I especially like that I can throw the compact and brush in my purse for a touchup midday and the brush is covered so it doesn't get dirty. |

It was a whole thing a few years ago. It’s fine for what it is, but it always looked a little clownish to me.
Are you looking for a powder foundation? Or just one of those things where something looks decent in your feed and you’re kind of meh about it but you just want an answer? |
| I’ve used it and liked it. My mom used to buy her kits at Nordstrom Rack (I think?) and gave me a couple several years ago. It made me really like powder foundation. I’ve been using Bare Minerals the last couple of years because I can buy it at the Ulta 5 minutes from my house. |

Thx for the responses!
Sadly, I need legit coverage because I have melasma (hyperpigmentation that looks like sunspots…comparable to giraffe prints
Because I’m entering the old lady stage of life, I’m willing to go heavy handed with makeup to give me coverage and color. I work in a professional setting and most women wear makeup and dress up. On the weekends I still prefer foundation but don’t really bother with doing my eyes beyond throwing on a touch of mascara. Im basically fine with trying new products. I’ve found some decent ones at cvs at the suggestion of various social media plugs. |
| For full coverage, try Il Makiage. Best foundation I've ever used. It is pricey but worth it. |
| I have dry skin with uneven tones and foundation helps. I have tried a bunch and the agency beauty I has been the best |
| I agree that's it's mugh lighter coverage than advertised. I'm generally a light coverage kind of girl, and was looking for a step up and this wasn't it. |

Ohh I'm glad you posted about this. I was looking at it too, but I think I'll avoid it.
I've been using It Cosmetics Your Skin But Better Foundation and I'm just not sure it's enough coverage anymore. 40s skin is so hard! |
| For fuller coverage, I love a discounted NARS foundation that Sephora suggested Charlotte Tillsbury |
(Didn't finish.) airbrush flawless longwear. Sephora will give you generous sample amounts to take home & try. |
| Horrible. Try Jane Iredale. Also baked but actually works. |
I use Revision tinted moisturizer, concealer where I need it and baked foundation on top very lightly. I find when I use enough of the baked foundation to get any coverage, it becomes very Caley. |
| PP - I meant cakey |
| An oldie but goodie is Lancome Dual Finish. I like it because you can use a wet beauty sponge and use it for more coverage on not so great days but also dry with a brush on days when you want to go lighter. Very buildable. Covers my hyperpigmentation and melasma perfectly. It's been around for eons and it's like no one knows about it. Maybe it's grandma's but it works - just misses the TikTok era. |
