Does anyone know when the Giant/Westbard Ave will be reopened to traffic? It's impossible to find updates.

The newly realigned Westbard Avenue should open to traffic in 2-ish months. Fingers crossed on that, we'll see.

The Giant should move into the new building in November, and they'll demolish the remainder of the old shopping center in December.

Ridgefield Road won't be reconnected to Westbard Ave until Spring 2024.

Where did you get this info? The website is not very specific.

I'm just repeating what Regency's contractor (LF Jennings) has been verbally telling neighborhood residents to expect.

Honestly, the intersection of Ridgefield and Westbard looks much further along than I thought it would. I just walked it this morning, and I'm wondering if it might not be completed this Autumn...
