Hit or miss, based on my experience. Of the 6 families at our bus stop, it works fine for 3, not at all for 2, and sporadically for one.
Our bus is generally on time, though, so I just don't bother with it.

It’s really glitchy. I tell my kid it’s worse than having no app at all because it’s so undependable.

Hit or miss for us in Western LoCo; does not work at least one day a week. I just try to be on time for the bus if it does not work.
