| Baked ziti, baby! The hardest part is getting the proportions of the sauce correct, but you'll figure out what you like. Add salad and garlic bread, and it's a hearty meal sure to please all. |

This is one of my all time favorites. Skip the meat and add shelled edamame for extra protein. You just need to boil noodles and mix a dressing—buy packaged slaw mix and you don’t even need to chop veggies. I do double dressing to make it more of a noodle dish than a salad.
