New baby meal ideas needed!

My go-to meal train idea are chilis/stews, enchiladas, or veggie lasagna. However, one of the parents has a cheese sensitivity and it's just not soup weather yet. Hit me up with some other ideas please!!

Breakfast foods are my go-to. I got really tired of eating casseroles at 6am with a baby, and appreciated people who dropped off homemade waffles, quiche (without cheese), and breakfast burritos.

Jambalaya has no cheese. Ditto for hummus/tabouleh and a middle eastern mix (is yogurt dip ok). Savory crepes with mushroom filling. You could do meat-filled stuffed shells or manicotti with a red sauce and pesto but no cheese. Bechamel doesn't have cheese. Make lasagne with that or make a moussaka.

Taco shells and all the stuff that you put in there (either minus the cheese or with vegan cheese if they can tolerate it).

Rotisserie chicken, or roast one yourself -- the spatchcocked ones from Trader Joes are ridiculous easily. Roast veggies. Mashed potatoes or rice pilaf as a side.

Bunch of chicken cutlets (https://danpelosi.com/recipe/grossys-chicken-cutlets/) and sides as described above.
