| My go-to meal train idea are chilis/stews, enchiladas, or veggie lasagna. However, one of the parents has a cheese sensitivity and it's just not soup weather yet. Hit me up with some other ideas please!! |
| Breakfast foods are my go-to. I got really tired of eating casseroles at 6am with a baby, and appreciated people who dropped off homemade waffles, quiche (without cheese), and breakfast burritos. |
| Jambalaya has no cheese. Ditto for hummus/tabouleh and a middle eastern mix (is yogurt dip ok). Savory crepes with mushroom filling. You could do meat-filled stuffed shells or manicotti with a red sauce and pesto but no cheese. Bechamel doesn't have cheese. Make lasagne with that or make a moussaka. |

Rotisserie chicken, or roast one yourself -- the spatchcocked ones from Trader Joes are ridiculous easily. Roast veggies. Mashed potatoes or rice pilaf as a side.
