Can anyone recommend a good marriage therapist in DC? I am sure this is not the proper forum to post this but I got no response on the marital board. Plus, for some reason, I feel like I would get a good response here.

OP, have you tried searching that thread (or this one) for therapists? I believe there have been some suggestions here or there. I'm also not getting a response to a post of mine, though I think it's because my situation is too specific.

Joan Liversidge MS, LCMFT in Bethesda is AMAZING!!! We're attending "couples therapy" with her. She's teaching us how to communicate with each other in a really positive way. I feel like meeting with her is really revitalizing our marriage. We know another couple who've gone through counseling with her & it really helped make their marriage so wonderful.
