As stated? High end? Mid end options?
Son has been wearing sweat pants for years and finally wants some jeans! |
My teen boy does not wear jeans. None of his friends do either. They are definitely not cool at his school. YMMV |
I heard JNCO jeans are coming back…. |
It probably depends on the school but if he doesn’t care then it doesn’t matter. |
My kid is super into fashion, but with jeans, it's more about the style than the brand(only in my experience). Most of his jeans are from Aeropostale or A&F. |
No jeans in my son's social circle. It's either sweatpants or chino or athletic. |
My sons don’t wear jeans and I don’t see too many kids at the HS wearing them. |
Some of you reply “not in my kids social circle”. Not helpful that a tiny group of students you know dress differently. In other words you don’t know.
The best way to see what’s out there is going to the stores. Try some on, see what he likes. Stay away from tight Jeans. Straight leg, distressed still in style. Wear with a tshirt alone or a button down shirt over it or a large hoodie or long sleeve polo shirt. People keep asking but there’s no getting around going to try it on. |
Cool people don’t care what’s cool. If you have to ask you’ll never be cool.
|
So sick of teens only in athletic gear or pajamas.
I would be thrilled to see better fashion and hygiene. |
+1 this is what my kids crowd wears |
Nothing wrong with asking about the latest fashions. Some kids just want to blend in so they wear what everyone else is wearing. Some want to find some cool looking clothes. |
My kid wears faded, baggy wider-than-straight jeans. |
I love the wide leg Jeans and parachute pants for girls. I don’t look at boys clothes but I bet the baggy ones look good with hoodies and high tops. |
My 18 yr old just asked for jeans for the first time since 2nd grade. He bought some Levis to take with him to college. He only took one or two pair of athletic pants. |
