oil change and tire rotation for 2022 Chrysler Pacifica

I seem to find conflicting info. Some say every 5K every 6 months and others say 10k every 6-12 months. What's the right schedule?

Last Service Date. 14 Dec 2022
Last odometer reading 12,793 mi

Current date 9/1/23
Current odometer 16,500

As you can see I do not drive my car much other than a few miles a day taking kids to school and soccer. Should I schedule something now since it's 9months or can I wait till Dec for next oil change?

do you have synthetic oil now? if so, 10 k is fine, if not go in at 5k.

If you used a good synthetic oil you should be good till approx. 22k miles or mid-2024 (18 months from prior oil change) whatever comes first.

Doesn't the car tell you when to change the oil? My 10 year old minivan tells me when my oil life is below 15%.
