I see that some homes on the same blocks can be major flood risk and the house next door minimal flood risk.
Is Realtor.com accurate? Or accurate for this area? What is your neighborhood or home risk and was it accurate? |

| I think it’s accurate for mine based on the FEMA database. |

| It was accurate for our house and our neighbor's house. Ours is just elevated enough that it is a minimal flood risk. |
