| DS took it for the first time last year. I am just curious to know. |
| We got them at our fall parent-teacher conference last year. But if you have a reason to need them early, you can ask. |
|
We never got them last year. Kid first took parcc in 5th grade (thanks pandemic), then went to Hardy, where all test scores apparently hide. Kid is now in 7th and we have never seen a parcc score.
(Do they come home in kids' backpacks? Or were we supposed to receive an email/download them from somewhere? I legit have no idea.) |

also a Hardy 7th grade parent.
The PARCC scores came in the mail from DCPS. You not having is not a Hardy screw-up. (But, yes, the school did not communicate internal test results to parents at all last year.) |
| Any elementary school parents received them in the mail? I didn't know this was a thing. |
| We have an 8th grader at Hardy. We never got their scores despite asking for them from the school multiple times. Hopefully Hardy will not be such a mess this year. |
| I got them as paper copies in a folder at the parent-teacher conference. Not in the mail. This was at a charter elementary. |
| Kinda ridiculous that it's not standardized to mail them to parents automatically. This shouldn't be difficult. |
Is there any place on Aspen etc. where I could find a copy? (Worst porch pirates ever?) |
Does OSSE even have all the parent addresses? I’ve never registered my kid with OSSE, only with individual DCPS schools. |
| You can submit a FERPA request for the scores. I’d send it to OSSE and the school where your child took the test. |
| Yeah, I expected to get our kid's test results and never did. |
| aren't the results available electronically somewhere? |
We got them sometime in October last year as a hardy 6th grader, mailed from the feeder elementary. |
