There is zero chance that a woman lives here right? I'm kind of digging it though.

Wow that is quite the setup.
The closet only shows men's clothes. But then he has a massive oil painting of RGB in his home office. My guess is former clerk of RBG who is a gay man but probably grew up hunting. Too tasteful for a normie straight guy. |
| I would love this..just add a putting green in the back yard. |
| Looks like a divorced or never married architect or professor lives here. |
| Really beautiful house. |
The law books and RBG painting tell me lawyer |
| I'm a woman and I love this house and the decor. With that said, I agree with the PP that this is probably a gay man's house. |
| Strong possibility it's a gay man. Or definitely divorced with a designer. Way too much black & orange. |
| I really like it, but I noticed the photos from the 2020 listing and now I am kind of irked that all of that lovely wood trim and the brick fireplace were painted |
| Gay men get married these days!! This is the home of a gay power couple that is retiring to their vacation home in Sitges. |
it’s a gay political odd couple - former RBG clerk who works in foreign office policy (see the wall map) and a Republican lobbyist (taxidermy trophies). |

Not sure what happened with OP's link as it took me to the 2020 listing so I was confused by some of the comments.
This gay man much prefers the previous decor, which is still pretty gay. This iteration is too bling bling and agree with appalling painting of wood and brick. Trying too hard. Will be very dated in a few years. New money. |

same address on zillow shows a completely differently decorated home.

And price |
I like the old listing decor better
