Thanksgiving- looking for recipe for Gluten free stuffing NOT cornbread

Anonymous
My mother now has to eat gluten free for medical reasons. She has always made a stuffing recipe that the whole family loves. I would like to try to make a version that is gluten free. Does anyone have a suggestion on what type/brand of gluten free bread can actually be used to create bread crumbs? We have tried switching to cornbread as the base and she cried. She is elderly. Her husband died this year and she misses her comfort foods.

I've used Williams-Sonoma cubes before with good results.

What type of bread does her recipe call for? Look for GF brand recommendations for that specific kind.

OP-thank you so much this perfect. I had no idea that Williams-Sonoma had a line of GF baking items. Have you tried any of the other mixes? Are they good?

Wait until Trader Joe’s comes out with their GF stuffing mix. It’s really good. Just use chicken broth instead of the water for extra flavor. And bake it.
